ADOPT KINDNESS FAMILIES

Adopt a Family.
Change a Life.

Support a Jewish family for one year. Build a meaningful, confidential connection through kindness.

$360 a month.

It keeps the lights on. It puts food on the table. It covers the car repair that lets a mother get to work. It pays for childcare so a parent doesn’t have to choose between their job and their child. It bridges the rent gap that stands between a family and losing their home.

That’s what $360 means to a Jewish family in crisis not a number, but a lifeline. And when you reduce that burden, for even a year, you give them something money can’t fully measure: hope.

kindnessFAMILIES gives you the opportunity to be that lifeline for one full year. Paired with our concierge case management, your support doesn’t just ease the pressure it walks alongside a family as they rebuild, learn, and find their footing again. Together, we turn a moment of crisis into a foundation for lasting independence.

Be the reason a family finds hope again.

Why It Gives

Why This Matters

When a family faces their darkest hour, they should not have to face it alone. But too many still do.

What you may not realize is that today, more than 15,000 Jews in San Diego are living at or below the poverty line — and many of them are one crisis away from everything unraveling. A job loss, an illness, a moment that changes everything.
Through kindnessFAMILIES, you become that family’s quiet anchor. Your monthly support — paired with our concierge case management — gives them the financial breathing room and personalized guidance to rebuild, one step at a time.
This is how we look after our community — one member, one couple, one family at a time.

When you don’t have enough dollars to make a meal each day in a Jewish home, imagine what your $360 this month means — gas to get to work, food on the table, a roof over your head. This gift is tremendous, and it makes all the difference in the world.

Sometimes it just takes one person, one act of loving kindness, one break to change everything.

When you join kindnessFAMILIES, you are doing a meaningful mitzvah — and we are so grateful for your support in our mission.
