Kindness Initiative Appoints Sabrina Kerbel as New Executive Director

SAN DIEGO, CA – Kindness Initiative, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing vital support to Jewish households in San Diego County, proudly announces the appointment of Sabrina Kerbel as its new Executive Director. With a strong commitment to helping families navigate life’s challenges, Kerbel is poised to lead the organization in its mission to alleviate financial and other challenges and enhance the lives of community members.

Sabrina Kerbel will oversee the organization’s strategic initiatives, collaborating closely with the dedicated team at Kindness Initiative to increase and strengthen the support services offered to the Jewish community. With her extensive experience in nonprofit management and a passion for community well-being, Kerbel will lead Kindness Initiative to positively impact more lives with even greater impact, more resources, and expanded outreach.

Sabrina Kerbel brings a wealth of experience in financial strategy, fundraising, and nonprofit leadership, having previously built a financial and investment advisory business as well as having served as Campaign Chair for Women’s Philanthropy Board of the Jewish Federation, President and Fundraising/Stewardship Chair at Congregation Beth Am, Past President of a Congregation in Toronto, and leadership positions in a number of other non-profit organizations in Toronto and San Diego.

Sabrina will be replacing Bev Pamensky. Bev has been appointed Director of Member Services and will oversee all things Kindness Initiative Member and volunteer related.
